Founded in 1811, the Group began by making its name in the wine industry, and quickly expanded into a diverse range of activities. The Blandy family have a number of personal business interests in Madeira, which are run independently from the Group, namely the 5 Star ‘Estalagem Jardins do Lago’ and The Palheiro Estate which encompasses Palheiro Golf, Casa Velha do Palheiro, Palheiro Gardens, M.Y Balancal – Sports Fishing, Flower Growing and Real Estate Development.
Today, the Blandy Group of companies face an exciting future.
