MADEIRA WINE COMPANY – Customer Service Assistant – M/F
We are dedicated to exporting Madeira Wine to both national and international markets.
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team, reporting directly to our Customer Service & Supply Chain Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support in managing and monitoring national and international shipments;
- Preparation and organization of all documentation required for shipments;
- Monitoring deadlines to ensure shipments proceed as planned;
- Entering and updating customer information in the system;
- Providing active support to clients throughout the entire process, ensuring a clear and efficient experience;
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum academic qualifications: 12th grade or previous experience in international Customer Service;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Organized with attention to detail;
- Interest in the wine sector;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of Primavera software;
Work Location: Madeira Free Trade Zone – Caniçal
Work Mode: On-site
