MADEIRA WINE COMPANY – Customer Service Assistant – M/F

We are dedicated to exporting Madeira Wine to both national and international markets.
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team, reporting directly to our Customer Service & Supply Chain Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support in managing and monitoring national and international shipments;
  • Preparation and organization of all documentation required for shipments;
  • Monitoring deadlines to ensure shipments proceed as planned;
  • Entering and updating customer information in the system;
  • Providing active support to clients throughout the entire process, ensuring a clear and efficient experience;

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum academic qualifications: 12th grade or previous experience in international Customer Service;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Organized with attention to detail;
  • Interest in the wine sector;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Knowledge of Primavera software;

Work Location: Madeira Free Trade Zone – Caniçal
Work Mode: On-site
