Our Real Estate Portfolio, has seen much development which started in the 1990’s when Reid's Gardens and Ilheus Apartments were developed and the  Cliff Bay Hotel and Hotel Porto Santa Maria were constructed activating in this way dormant assets.  2 Shopping centres were developed in Funchal: 'Arcadas de São Francisco', built adjoining the historic 'Old Blandy Wine Lodge' and 'Galerias São Lourenço' located  on Funchal's main avenue, Avenida Arriaga, adjacent to the 18th century 'Baltazar Dias' theatre. In 2010 the group disposed of “Arcadas São Francisco”. The group continues  to own various office and retail premises in downtown Funchal, most notably our Head Office in Avenida do Zarco.
